Modular Building Door Hardware

The following shows the available options for our modular doors and the hardware that is supplied.
Panic Bar (Emergency exit)

3 Point SS pad lockable handle (Non-emergency exit)

Internal handle for three point handle (provides the ability to open the door from the inside)
Safety chain (restricts the door from smashing against the building)
Door Closer (provides sufficient
tension to close the door)

Door threshold - or - all around door jam. (Threshold requires a brush sweep, all around requires a full bubble gasket.)

Window for the door (lexan, laminated safety glass, or wire inserted safety glass.) Windows can be supplied in S.S. frames, painted C.S. frames, or with window rubber.
