Modular Building Drip Lip

The Drip Lip provides added protection to the gasket area in normal to heavy rain on the modular doors. When rain hits the drip lip it is forced to either fall off in front of the door or will run down the sides of the doors, outside of the gasket area. The picture below shows the drip lip installed on a building. The drip lip is a standard feature on all of our modular buildings as it does provide added value to the life of the building.
