Modular Building I-Beam Capabilities SPS can supply a peaked roof pattern using a FRP truss system. Vacuum formed roof panels are inserted into support sleeve areas on the truss, this creates an approximate 10 degree slope down to the standard 1-1/2” - 2-1/2” overhang distance from exterior wall. Roof overhang’s can also be extended to create shelter for equipment mounted on the exterior wall’s of the modular building.

Truss systems are manufactured from fiberglass mat and polyester isothalic (General Purpose) or epoxy vinyl ester (Dow Derakane) resins. The exterior has the standard UV block gel-coat surface. Color standard is light gray although other colours (including custom colours) are available.
