Rail Mount System (RMS)

SPS has developed a Rail Mount System to accommodate all sizes of instruments and electronics for internal mounting in our RTM boxes. The rail system has four rails and has been designed to have one set of rails stationary across the box while the other two rails slide on the stationary rails. The rails are manufactured using carbon steel and have a galvanized finish. Each RTM box comes with a different set of rails as shown below. SPS's RMS is combined with Corner Mounts to transfer the weight of all internal instrumentation components to the enclosure exterior mounting hardware. This internal/external mounting combination eliminates stress on the enclosure.
