FF165 - Resin Transfer Molded Enclosure

SPS enclosures are "Resin Transfer Molded" with glass reinforced resin. The outer surface standard is light gray colored Gel-Coat for ultimate UV protection. Stainless steel hinges and clasps combine with a self-skinned closed cell polyurethane gasket to provide Nema 4X protection. Manufactured specifically for Smart Transmitters allowing the 4X head of the transmitter to remain out of the enclosure eliminating heat aging and allowing wiring in same area classification. Weight and size of the enclosure allows direct mounting at orifice take-off with the enclosure supported on piping. Box can also be used as a stand alone remote housing. Extra insulation available for cold climates. FF165 design allows full access to instrument installation when open (sides are positioned to slide off away from orifice tap).
