SPS: Products - Modular Buildings and Analyzer Houses

Combining care using bulkhead areas in the insulation to maintain the integrity of the insulation when doing entrance and exit points, along with the ability to produce coated steel and SS substructures with or without insulation, the final structure meets all parameters required in the industry with the substantial savings of a modular building. Lifting eyes connected through the posts to the substructure provide easy mobility no matter what the final weight. The resultant buildings are ideal for use because they are light and portable, yet fully insulated to an overall rating of R20+. These buildings are manufactured without wood or metal reinforcing, because of the strength of the materials when manufactured with the vacuum bagging method.

Large rugged analyzer buildings are now being manufactured with reinforcing because of the weight and magnitude of the analyzers being installed. Buildings can now be fully loaded and transported filled with Instrumentation on-board.

The analyzer houses are constructed of fiberglass, insulated with foam, and have been tested to ensure that the enclosure will maintain the temperature that you specify, even at -40 deg. C , and a 30 MPH wind! Sloped, peaked and flat roofs are available. Up-to-date pictures (below), CAD files and PDF documents of our analyzer houses are available online.
