Custom Enclosure Gaskets

Many different types of gaskets for custom applications can be used, but the two that are used most are EDPM bubble type gaskets which is standard (#1), and a green silicone gasket (#2) as an optional adder. Both gaskets maintain set characteristics when used repeatedly and allow all customs to be sealed throughout the life of the enclosure. The green silicone gasket is used more in the lip over design customs. The lip over design gasket enclosures provide added protection to the gasket area under high pressure water applications. When the lip over design gasket enclosure is used it is virtually impossible for high pressure water to penetrate the gasket seal. The following two pictures show the two different types of gaskets used on our custom enclosures.
