Custom Enclosure Insulation/Mounting

Insulation can be offered as an option with all custom enclosures. The insulation is sandwiched between layers of fiberglass matte and resin, to form a durable energy efficient barrier against harsh climates. Insulation should be specified any time there is a temperature control requirement for your custom enclosure. Heating, cooling and light electrical devices can be mounted to custom enclosures without having to worry about deterioration of the unit, this is usually achieved using a rail mount system, or internal unistrut mounted directly to an inner or outer wall (#3). Bulkhead connections for piping, electrical etc... can be cut into the insulation at the time of manufacturing the product to allow for a 100% sealed bulkhead area. This method of putting in bulkheads eliminates any of the insulation from being exposed to the harsh surroundings in which the enclosure will be installed.
