Fixed Reach

Fixed reach top loading arms are used for loading product into trucks, rail-cars or totes. It is often referred to as a fixed reach arm as it allows very little mis-spot of a truck or railcar, these arms are typically used in single compartment tank trucks or rail cars.  It includes a spring-balanced double swivel at the base for up/down and left/right movement. An additional swivel at the end of the arm allows the drop tube to stay vertical.

Available in Right Hand or Left Hand, Up Feed or Down Feed and Horizontal Feed Loading configurations

Variable Reach

Variable reach top loading arms are used for loading and unloading product into trucks, rail-cars or totes. It is often referred to as a scissor style loading arm.  The secondary arm can rotate 360° on the horizontal plane allowing a spotting allowance for vehicles. It includes a spring-balanced double swivel at the base for up/down and left/right movement.

Available in Right Hand or Left Hand, Up Feed or Down Feed and Horizontal Feed Loading configurations.

Unsupported Boom

Unsupported boom top loading arms are designed for loading and unloading product into tank trucks and rail-cars. They are excellent for variable reach applications and can aid in maximizing reach and weight capabilities.  The unsupported boom top loading arms offers an additional pipe section and swivel to provide extreme flexibility at the loading position. A single swivel at the inlet and a spring balanced double swivel at the base allow for up/down and left/right movement. These components achieve a longer reach requirement while minimizing the spring balanced section of arm. An additional swivel at the end of the arm allows the drop tube to stay vertical.

Available in Right Hand or Left Hand, Up Feed or Down Feed and Horizontal Feed Loading configurations.
