Modular Polar Cubicle Shower

Stainless Steel double skinned insulated frame with white, green or yellow GRP outer casing, designed for outdoor use in exposed freezing conditions. Complete with integral heated and insulated Emergency Safety Shower and drain sump. The Cubicle is fitted with highly visible Shower & Eye wash signs and green & white safety stripes for ease of identification

Push-open doors give unimpeded access and automatically close behind the casualty on entry, providing protection from the elements while showering. Windows in the doors enable the casualty to be monitored whilst using the shower in case assistance is required.

An optional Emergency Safety Shower Water Heater can be connected to the Cubicle to ensure a constant supply of tepid water for the recommended 15 minutes, in line with ANSI, EU and other international standards. A choice of 300 liter (79 US Gallons), 450 liter (119 US Gallons) or 550 liter (145 US Gallons) immersion heated and insulated Water Heaters is available. The water heater is easily connected to the Modular Shower Cubicle with brackets and an internal flexible hose.

Suitable for use in Flameproof and Non-Flameproof areas.

Polar Tank Shower

Designed for severely cold climates, the 2000L polar tank shower incorporates a double-skinned fibreglass insulated and immersion heated cubicle to protect the user from the elements. Designed to meet and exceed ANSI standards, the shower provides tepid water for over 15 minutes at a guaranteed flow of 76 litres per minute, even when there is no mains water supply.
 

  • Double swing push open doors provide unimpeded access and protection from the elements

  • Integral immersion heater maintains a constant temperature

  • Windows in the doors enable the casualty to be monitored whilst using the emergency safety shower in case assistance is required

  • Optional air heater maintains the internal cubicle temperature

  • Available with eye/face wash unit if required

Temperature Controlled Safety Shower

Intended for indoor use, the 300 litre tank and 3kW heater ensure the delivery of tepid water for the ANSI recommended minimum period of 15 minutes at 76 litres per minute. Available for hazardous and non-hazardous environments.

  • High flow rate thermostatically controlled mixing valve ensures the temperature is maintained at between 20-25°C

  • Eye/face wash with integral lid ensures that the bowl remains clean and free from contamination

  • The unit can also be used to supply heated water to other emergency safety showers in the local vicinity via a second outlet 

  • 316L stainless steel inner pipework for improved corrosion resistance

Outdoor Safety Shower with Eyebath/ Facewash

Outdoor Emergency Safety Shower, immersion heated and pre-insulated. With Eye/Facewash Fountain and additional eyebath diffuser on flexible hose to treat unconscious or disabled personnel.

Note: Eyebath/Facewash orientation can be varied to suit clients' requirements to enable both Foot Treadle and Panel to be fitted.

A sign box is also fitted which incorporates 'Emergency Shower' and 'Eye wash' signs.

Heated Eyewash

Designed in accordance with ANSI and EU standards, this freeze-protected pedestal mounted eye/face wash is intended for use in cold climates. Suitable for both hazardous and non-hazardous environments.

  • Integral lid connects to the water valve for automatic operation when the lid is pulled down. The lid also ensures that the bowl remains clean and free from contamination

  • High flow rate aerated diffusers provide an improved washing action and prevent further injury to the eyes

  • Tough, durable construction with corrosion and UV resistance

Wall Mounted Emergency Safety Shower

Wall Mounted Emergency Safety Shower unit, trace tape heated and pre-insulated.
